Obtain Toxic Wasteling
Acquire the Toxic Wasteling from 
Heart-Shaped Box during World Events.
Summon and observe behavior
When summoned, the Toxic Wasteling will run around and eat nearby critters, growing larger as it consumes them. Battle pets are safe to have active simultaneously, as the pet will not eat them.
Monitor for special targets
Be cautious when the pet is active—it can consume Pepe and Innkeepers such as Keepers in Gorgrond, so avoid summoning it if you need to protect these NPCs.
Tips
The Toxic Wasteling has the same abilities as the Disgusting Oozeling but at Uncommon quality, and it does not apply a debuff to your character unlike its Rare counterpart.
