Jubling is a companion pet obtained during the Darkmoon Faire by luring Jubjub the frog to his owner Morja using Dark Iron Ale Mugs, then hatching the egg she rewards you with.

Gather Dark Iron Ale Mugs
Pick up at least 2 
Dark Iron Ale Mugs — grab up to 10 to be safe. You can buy them from Plugger Spazzring inside Blackrock Depths or purchase them from the Auction House.
Wait for Darkmoon Faire
The Darkmoon Faire is a World Event that comes around once a month. Wait for it to become active before heading to Darkmoon Island.
Locate Morja on Darkmoon Island
Find Morja, a female orc, at 56, 70.9 on Darkmoon Island. When you click on her she will tell you about how she misses her pet Jubjub.
Find and Lure Jubjub
Search the area around 61, 62 on Darkmoon Island for Jubjub — use /target jubjub to locate him. Place Dark Iron Ale Mugs near him to draw him in, progressively luring him closer and closer toward Morja.
Place Mug at Morja's Feet
Once Jubjub is close to Morja, place a Dark Iron Ale Mug directly at her feet. Jubjub will approach her, triggering a quest to appear — accept the quest from Morja and hand in one Dark Iron Ale Mug to receive an Unhatched Jubling Egg.
Hatch the Jubling Egg
Wait 7 days for the Unhatched Jubling Egg to hatch, then right-click its icon to add Jubling to your collection.
Tips
You only need 2 Dark Iron Ale Mugs to complete the quest — one to lure Jubjub and one to hand in — but carrying up to 10 gives you extra mugs to use while luring him across the forest.
Flik can also be found at 52.4, 62.2 on Darkmoon Island as another vendor reference point while navigating the faire grounds.
