Peddlefeet
Source: World Event. The power of love can be a dangerous thing, especially when wielded by an airborne, ill-tempered goblin. Humanoid type. In Battle Pets this guy owns Dragonkin. Many players will be running one or more Dragons (for example the Onyxian Whelpling - a powerful little fighter with a strong self heal).
Peddlefeet is a goblin cupid battle pet obtained during the Love is in the Air world event by receiving a 
Truesilver Shafted Arrow, which is found inside Gifts and Pledges of Adoration and grants the permanent, summonable version of the pet.

Obtain Truesilver Shafted Arrow
During the Love is in the Air event, open Gifts and Pledges of Adoration to find the Truesilver Shafted Arrow — this is a somewhat rare drop from those packages and is the item that permanently unlocks Peddlefeet as a summonable pet.
Dismiss Unwanted Temporary Version
If another player shoots you with a Silver Shafted Arrow and you receive a temporary Peddlefeet you did not want, simply summon any other non-combat pet to dismiss him immediately. To avoid receiving him altogether in crowded cities, keep a pet already active.
Use Peddlefeet in Pet Battles
Peddlefeet excels at countering Dragonkin pets in battle — he moves fast, typically acts first, and can shut down and heavily damage Dragon-type opponents. Against non-Beast pets he also performs well thanks to his speed, a handy stun, and a flexible kit that includes both single-target and AoE damage, healing, and crowd control.
Tips
Rapid Fire splits its damage across two hits, which affects its effectiveness depending on the battle conditions you face.
