Lil' Leftovers is a rare cooking profession pet that has a chance to appear when crafting certain Draenor foods and feasts.

Talador Surf and Turf, 
Whiptail Fillet, 
Feast of Blood, 
Blackrock Barbecue, 
Pickled Eel, 
Feast of the Waters, 
Frosty Stew, 
Buttered Sturgeon, 
Sleeper Surprise, 
Sleeper Sushi, 
Calamari Crepes, 
Salty Squid Roll, 
Gorgrond Chowder, and 
Jumbo Sea Dog.
Craft Food Repeatedly
The estimated drop chance is roughly 1 in 2000 procs, and since each cooking recipe produces 6 food per craft, it takes a very large number of crafts to see 
Lil' Leftovers — one player reported cooking around 800 recipes before receiving theirs. Check your server's Auction House to find which eligible recipe has the cheapest ingredients, as the 100-stat foods are generally cheaper to mass-craft than the feasts.
