Wanderer's Festival Hatchling
Source: Pet Battle. Legend has it that a seadragon turtle just like this one grew up to become Shen-zin Su, the Wandering Isle. Perhaps your little turtle will grow in... Aquatic type. Server time is irrelevant now. It is based off of PST (5.1 event changes).
The Wanderer's Festival Hatchling is a wild pet that spawns during the Wanderer's Festival ceremonies in Pandaria and comes in three breeds with notably different stat distributions at level 25.

Time the Festival Spawns
The Wanderer's Festival Hatchling only appears during the opening and closing ceremonies of the Wanderer's Festival, which occur every Sunday at 9 PM and 11 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time, GMT-8). This timing applies regardless of your server's time zone due to Patch 5.1 realm event time changes.
Capture Your Preferred Breed
A set of three turtles spawns at each ceremony, and all turtles within a single set share the same stat distribution and quality. The three available breeds at level 25 are: B/B at 1644 HP, 260 Power, 260 Speed; H/H at 1888 HP, 244 Power, 244 Speed; and H/S at 1709 HP, 244 Power, 273 Speed. The H/H breed reaches 2013 HP when its Perk Up ability is used.
Earn the Festival Achievement
Attending the Wanderer's Festival grants the achievement Wanderers, Dreamers, and You.
Tips
Every turtle that spawns within a single ceremony shares the same stats, so battling one turtle first will tell you the breed of the entire set spawned at that time.
