Craft Imperial Silk
As a Tailor, craft Imperial Silk to have a chance of receiving a
Silkworm Cocoon, which teaches the Imperial Moth. The drop is not guaranteed with every craft, so continue crafting Imperial Silk until one appears.
Check the Auction House
The Imperial Moth is bind-on-equip, meaning it can be caged and traded, so you can also purchase it from other players on the Auction House if you prefer not to craft for it.
Note the Pet Quality
Although the Silkworm Cocoon that teaches Imperial Moth is a Rare-quality item, the pet itself is only Uncommon quality, and it will remain Uncommon even if you cage it.
Understand the Breed
Imperial Moth is only available in the H/H breed, which means it has boosted Health but no bonuses to Power or Speed — keep this in mind when using it in pet battles.
Tips
Imperial Moth and Imperial Silkworm are the only battle pets that can have both of their shared ability types simultaneously, making them a notable pair among collectors.
