Renew Goblin Engineering Card
Obtain the 
Schematic: Pet Bombling by renewing your Goblin Engineering membership card. The schematic arrives via in-game mail after the renewal process, so allow some time for the mail to be delivered.
Craft the Pet Bombling
Once you have the schematic, learn it and craft the Pet Bombling using your Engineering profession. After it is crafted, you can keep and use this pet even if you later unlearn Engineering.
Use Explode for Pet Leveling
In wild pet battles, if you use a leveled Pet Bombling and finish the opposing team's last pet with its self-destruct Explode ability, your two back-line pets will share the experience reward without needing to be swapped in.
