Lifelike Toad
From Lifelike Mechanical Toad. Talented engineers have crafted an exact replica of a wood frog, at only ten times the cost of buying the real thing. Mechanical type. This is currently the only pet that can use Cleansing Rain that isn't Aquatic. It is also the only pet that can use both Repair and Healing Wave.
The Lifelike Toad is an engineer-crafted mechanical pet that can also be obtained from a 
Blingtron 4000 Gift Package or via the Lifelike Mechanical Toad quest, and is available on the Auction House.

Craft or Acquire the Toad
Engineers can craft the 
Lifelike Mechanical Toad directly, or you can obtain it as a drop from a Blingtron 4000 Gift Package. It is also available on the Auction House if you prefer to skip crafting.
Note Caging Restrictions
The Lifelike Toad can be caged at level 1, but once it has been leveled it cannot be caged again for resale. Applying a battle-stone to upgrade its quality does not restore the ability to cage it.
Use Its Unique Healing Abilities
This is the only pet that can use both Repair and Healing Wave, and the only non-Aquatic pet with access to Cleansing Rain, making it valuable on healing and stalling teams without the weakness to flying attacks that Aquatic pets have.
Build a Synergy Team
Pair the Lifelike Toad with a Strand Crab using Surge and a Scourged Whelpling — Plagued Blood amplifies the healing from Cleansing Rain while Dreadful Breath deals bonus damage during it.
Counter Air and Fire Tamers
Because the Lifelike Toad deals Aquatic damage (strong against Elemental types) while not being Aquatic itself, it avoids the extra damage from flying attacks that normally tears apart Aquatic pets before they can act against air and fire spirit tamers.
Tips
The Lifelike Toad can be swapped into a team against flyers to avoid the bonus damage Aquatic pets would take, without losing access to Aquatic-type moves.
