From Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling. So cute, yet so epic. Dragonkin type. You need to be exalted with the to be able to start catching these little guys. The following serpent pets become available to catch in the Arboretum once hitting exalted.
The Wild Jade Hatchling is a wild pet found in the Arboretum in Pandaria that can only be battled and caught once you reach Exalted reputation with the Arboretum's associated faction.

Reach Exalted Reputation
You must be Exalted with the relevant Arboretum faction before the Wild Jade Hatchling and its counterparts (Wild Crimson Hatchling and Wild Golden Hatchling) will appear as battle pets.
Locate Hatchlings in Arboretum
Wild Jade Hatchlings spawn commonly throughout the entire Arboretum area at levels 22–24, and have been observed both day and night, though they appear more frequently during the day.
Clear Frogs to Spawn Hatchlings
The hatchlings share spawn points with the Garden Frogs in the Arboretum, so killing the frogs and other critters in the area will cause hatchlings to appear more reliably.
Hunt for a Rare Quality
To cycle through hatchling spawns when hunting for a Rare quality Wild Jade Hatchling, engage any unwanted color in a pet battle and then flee — this causes new hatchlings to spawn, and Jade Hatchlings are the most commonly seen rare among the three colors.
Tips
The Wild Jade Hatchling and Wild Golden Hatchling share identical movesets, making them interchangeable from an ability standpoint.
The hatchlings cannot be removed from the area without engaging them in a pet battle, so fleeing battles is the correct method to cycle spawns when looking for a specific color or quality.
