Infected Squirrel
From Mechanical Squirrel Box. More horrifying than its appearance is that the infected squirrels of the Plaguelands no longer hoard nuts, instead collecting rotten, decaying flesh. Undead type. in silverpine they appear to be quite rare seen alone, but are frequent as the adds on lvl 5+ fights.
The Infected Squirrel is an undead wild pet found primarily in Silverpine Forest and Bloodmyst Isle, appearing as both a primary and secondary pet in battles.

Hunt in Silverpine Forest
Travel to Silverpine Forest where Infected Squirrels spawn frequently, particularly as secondary pets in level 5+ wild battles. They appear rare when encountered alone but are common as adds during combat encounters.
Search Bloodmyst Isle
Head to Bloodmyst Isle where Infected Squirrels can be found as both primary and secondary wild battle pets ranging from level 4-6, often appearing alongside Infected Fawns and Ravager Hatchlings.
Engage in pet battles
Battle the wild pets in these zones to encounter and capture an Infected Squirrel. Rare quality versions exist but require extended hunting effort.
Tips
This undead pet is particularly effective against Pandaren and Murloc collector's edition pets.
