From Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling. It's red, so it must fly faster. Dragonkin type. You need to be exalted with the to be able to start catching these little guys. The following serpent pets become available to catch in the Arboretum once hitting exalted.
The Wild Crimson Hatchling is a wild pet found in the Arboretum in Pandaria that requires Exalted reputation with the Order of the Cloud Serpent before it can be caught.

Reach Exalted Reputation
You must reach Exalted with the Order of the Cloud Serpent before Wild Crimson Hatchlings become available to catch in the Arboretum.
Hunt in the Arboretum
Wild Crimson Hatchlings spawn commonly throughout the Arboretum at levels 22–24, sharing spawns with garden frogs in the area.
Kill Frogs to Force Spawns
If no hatchlings are appearing, kill the garden frogs and other critters in the Arboretum — this clears shared spawn slots and causes hatchlings to appear.
Battle and Flee for Rares
Since dragons cannot despawn without a pet battle, engage any unwanted color in battle and then flee — repeating this will eventually cause a Wild Crimson Hatchling of the quality you want to appear.
Watch Its Self-Damaging Ability
The Wild Crimson Hatchling has an ability that can kill it during the capture attempt, so be careful not to let it damage itself to death before you can catch it.
Tips
The Wild Crimson Hatchling has the highest base Speed of all three Cloud Serpent hatchlings and features a dragon-focused moveset distinct from the Wild Jade and Wild Golden Hatchlings.
