Find the Drill Rig
Head to Drill Rig DR-CC73 at 66.45, 58.89 on Mechagon Island and wait for it to become active. Once active, defeat the rare enemy Caustic Mechaslime, which has a chance to drop the 
Blueprint: Utility Mechanoclaw.
Gather the Crafting Materials
Once you have the blueprint, collect 3x 
S.P.A.R.E. Crates, 3x 
Energy Cells, and 5x 
Chain Ignitercoils to craft the Utility Mechanoclaw. These materials may also be available on the Auction House.
Craft or Buy the Pet
If you prefer to skip crafting, the Utility Mechanoclaw is cageable and may be purchased from other players on the Auction House. Alternatively, the Malfunctioning Beastbot vendor at 60.8, 42.0 in Mechagon is also located nearby if you need to reference the area.
Rock Paper Scissors Interaction
When you have Utility Mechanoclaw summoned and another player summons a 
Crawling Claw or Lost Robogrip nearby, the two pets will engage in a game of rock, paper, scissors — the losing pet will be de-summoned.
