Snowclaw Cub
Source: World Event. An adult Snowclaw can rattle the very trees with its roar. A cub can rattle one of the smaller branches. Beast type.
The 
Snowclaw Cub is a Dragonflight world event pet obtained by feeding a Primal Bear Cub in the Azure Span using specific food items.

Gather Required Food Items
Before heading out, obtain 3x 
Hornswog Hunk and 1x 
Honey Snack. These can be found, cooked, or purchased from other players on the Auction House.
Obtain the Honorary Dryad Title
Travel to Thalendra and pick up her daily quest, which has four possible variants: Sylvan Succor. Each variant requires you to find a specific food item and bring it to a distressed critter — for example, a 
Tasty Hatchling's Treat to the Despondent Duckling, a 
Snow in a Cone to the Overwrought Otter, a 
Blubbery Muffin to the Anxious Eft, or a 
Celebratory Cake to the Sorrowful Slyvern. After delivering the food, return to Thalendra to turn in the quest and receive the Honorary Dryad title. Note: this quest is weekly, so if you lose the title before using it, you must wait until the next weekly reset.
Feed the Primal Bear Cub
With the Honorary Dryad title active, go to the Primal Bear Cub at 67.34, 18.22 in the Azure Span, located between Theron's Watch and Rhonin's Shield flight points in the northeast of the zone. The cub appears as a critter with a yellow name and a pet battle icon. Interact with it and feed it your 3x Hornswog Hunk and 1x Honey Snack to receive the Snowclaw Cub. Only one player can receive the pet per spawn, with respawns occurring roughly every hour.
Tips
The Snowclaw Cub can be caged after obtaining it, meaning it may be available for purchase on the Auction House.
If you log out or switch characters before completing the title interaction with the bear cub, you will lose the Honorary Dryad title and must wait until the next weekly reset to redo Thalendra's quest.
