Farm near Gorespine
Head to the southwest part of the mainland at 26.2, 50.2 where six Silent Hedgehogs spawn on a hill alongside the rare pet Gorespine. They respawn in less than five minutes, making this an efficient farming location with rare encounters possible within thirty minutes.
Search grassy areas
Look for Silent Hedgehogs in blue- and green-tinged grassy areas near trees and stumps throughout the Dread Wastes and Southern Townlong Steppes. Avoid sha-touched land, shorelines, and disturbed ground near encampments where they do not spawn.
Use targeting macro
Create a macro using /tar silent hedgehog to quickly locate and engage these pets in battle, since they spawn as capturable battle pets and do not appear as secondary encounters.
