The Sifang Otter Pup is a wild battle pet found in Pandaria that can be captured either as a primary spawn or as a secondary pet during battles in Krasarang Wilds and Jade Forest.

Travel to Krasarang Wilds
Head to the coastal area of Krasarang Wilds near Zhu's Watch, where Sifang Otter Pups appear as secondary pets when engaging Malayan Quillrats and Jungle Grubs.
Find Primary Spawns in Jade Forest
For a primary capture, travel to Jade Forest and check the small islands in the estuary between Jade Forest and Krasarang Wilds — the island with the umbrella — as well as the shore just to the west of it.
Avoid Phasing Issues
If you have completed the Lion's Landing quests and experience phasing problems along Krasarang Cove and south of Zhu's Watch, move to the area halfway between Zhu's Watch and The Incursion, then go slightly southeast to find Sifang Otter Pup spawns outside the phased zone.
Tips
Sifang Otter Pups do NOT spawn in Valley of the Four Winds, so focus your search on Krasarang Wilds and Jade Forest.
