Begin the Whelp Daycare
Progress through the Obsidian Whelp portion of the Whelp Daycare until you reach Day 4, at which point the Anatidaephobia quest becomes available.
Find Rusziona Daily
If you need to locate Rusziona for the daily Obsidian Obfuscation step, she hides behind the blacksmithing trainer. Use /tar Rusziona to target her, then place a raid marker on her to keep track of her position.
Complete Anatidaephobia Quest
Finish the Anatidaephobia quest to receive Rusziona as your reward. Use the item from your bags to add her to your Battle Pet tab, where she can be summoned as a companion — note that she has no combat abilities and cannot participate in pet battles.
Tips
Rusziona is a non-battle pet with no abilities, so she exists purely as a companion summon.
