Blue Dasher
From The Basecamp 'Pets'. The bad news is that these bugs are carnivorous. The good news is that they usually just eat other bugs. Flying type. Found mine at 66.40, 21.84
Blue Dasher is a carnivorous bug pet found as a wild pet in Dragonflight zones, particularly in the Veiled Ossuary and Thaldraszus.

Locate Blue Dasher in Veiled Ossuary
Travel to the Veiled Ossuary and search along the riverbank in the north-east section near the turtles. Blue Dashers spawn in this area; avoid the aggressive frogs.
Search Thaldraszus as alternative
If unsuccessful in the Ossuary, travel to Thaldraszus at 44, 85 where Blue Dashers also appear as primary pets.
Catch the pet
Engage the Blue Dasher with your battle pet team and capture it once its health is low.
