Living Mud Mask
Quest reward from Special Treatment. The greatest souvenir available in a dragon's spa in the clouds. Not so good at facials any more, though. Magic type. To get the you need to head to the Serene Dreams Spa and kill at Mudgatu will drop the which give you the quest.
The Living Mud Mask is a quest reward pet obtained from the Serene Dreams Spa in the Dragon Isles during Dragonflight, requiring you to track down a disguised slime through a short chain of events.

Start the Steam Cleaning Quest
Before farming Mudgatu, complete the introductory quests Relaxation Time! and Serene Dreams at the Serene Dreams Spa. This unlocks the Steam Cleaning quest, which requires you to kill elementals in the lower spa area — the Derelict Sunglasses appear to only drop from Mudgatu while this quest is active.
Kill Mudgatu for Sunglasses
Head to Mudgatu at 40.49, 45.34 in the Serene Dreams Spa and defeat him. He drops the 
Derelict Sunglasses, which begin the Derelict Fashion quest.
Turn In to Zeldis
Bring the Derelict Sunglasses to Zeldis and turn in the Derelict Fashion quest. After turning it in, speak with Zeldis again and ask for a better reward — he will direct you to the VIP area.
Follow Zeldis to the VIP Island
Zeldis grabs a glider from Redd Skyhammer and glides over to the VIP island, where he appears to die. Speak with him and tell him he looks dead.
Catch the Sneaky Mud Mask
After speaking with Zeldis, a small slime called Sneaky Mud Mask will spawn and run away to a branch behind Barozdormu. Chase it down to 38.6, 46.42 — once you get close enough, a yellow exclamation mark will appear, allowing you to interact with it and claim the Living Mud Mask pet.
Tips
If you have already completed the Serene Dreams Spa quest chain on a character and Mudgatu is not dropping the Derelict Sunglasses after many kills, try the quest on an alt that has not yet done Steam Cleaning.
When you dismiss the Living Mud Mask, its ruby glasses remain visible on the ground and spark for around 25 seconds before disappearing.
