Rotten Little Helper
Drops from Stolen Present. Fed up with long hours, low pay, and entitled adventurers whining about sub-standard Winter Veil gifts, these nasty little creatures fled their mag... Humanoid type. Got this today from after doing the quest with 8 chars. It was not with the B/B breed but with P/P.
The Rotten Little Helper is a Winter Veil pet obtained by looting the
Stolen Present, a reward from completing the daily quest You're a Mean One..., available from December 16th through January 2nd.

Complete the Daily Quest
Complete the daily quest You're a Mean One... to receive the Stolen Present. The quest is only available during Winter Veil, from December 16th to January 2nd.
Loot the Stolen Present
Open the Stolen Present for a chance to obtain the Rotten Little Helper. The pet is not guaranteed on the first attempt, so completing the daily on multiple characters improves your odds — one player reported obtaining it across 8 characters.
Check Your Pet's Breed
The Rotten Little Helper can drop in different breeds; player reports confirm it dropping as P/P rather than B/B, so the breed is not guaranteed.
Tips
When you mount, the Rotten Little Helper rides a red-nosed reindeer to follow you, but this only works on ground mounts.
Clicking the Rotten Little Helper plays male gnome NPC voice lines, including 'Was there something else?', 'Blah Blah Blah Blah!', 'Yes, you're totally annoying.', and 'Time to move on!'
The
Rotten Helper Box ability shares the same mechanic as a similar ability — if both are applied, the last one overwrites the first. Its highest recorded damage is 706 with 333 power.
