Find the Crystallized Echo
Travel to the Sepulcher of the First Ones area in Zereth Mortis and search behind the waterfalls for a Crystallized Echo of the First Song — a randomly spawning object. Check the known spawn locations at 77.6, 59.01, at 77.55, 60.43, at 77.42, 45.36, at 78.2, 54.3, and at 78.28, 53.1. Most spawns are near water areas on mountain walls, so use a glider or Door of Shadows to reach them.
Loot the Schematic
Interact with the Crystallized Echo of the First Song to loot the 
Schematic: Resonant Echo — note that the drop is not guaranteed, so the object may need to be found and checked multiple times across its spawn locations.
Gather the Crafting Reagents
Collect all required materials: 250 x 
Genesis Mote, which drop from mobs throughout Zereth Mortis; 1 x 
Glimmer of Survival, obtained from Creeping Brambles; and 1 x 
Cervid Lattice, which drops from Cervid mobs or can be purchased from the Auction House.
Craft at the Repository
Bring the schematic to the Protoform Repository in Zereth Mortis to learn the recipe, then use the Synthesis Forge to craft your Resonant Echo pet.
