Pandaren Fire Spirit
Quest reward from Pandaren Spirit Pet Supplies. Though it appears to be a vaguely-related cousin to the Cinder Kitten, the two creatures actually share no ancestry. Elemental type. One of four Elemental pets rewarded on completion of Pandaren Spirit Tamer, the others being Pandaren Air Spirit, Pandaren Earth Spirit, and Pandaren Water Spirit.
The Pandaren Fire Spirit is a Mists of Pandaria quest reward pet obtained by completing the Pandaren Spirit Tamer quest, where you choose one of four elemental pets as your reward.

Choose Your Quest Reward
Complete the Pandaren Spirit Tamer quest and select the Pandaren Fire Spirit as your one chosen reward from the four available elemental pets: Pandaren Air Spirit, Pandaren Earth Spirit, Pandaren Water Spirit, and Pandaren Fire Spirit.
Unlock Daily Battles
Completing the quest unlocks the ability to battle the four elemental masters as a daily, each rewarding 
Pandaren Spirit Pet Supplies, which has a chance to contain any of the four elemental pets including the Pandaren Fire Spirit.
Trade or Buy Duplicates
Pandaren Fire Spirit obtained from Pandaren Spirit Pet Supplies are Bind on Equip, meaning duplicate drops can be traded with other players or purchased from the Auction House if you still need this pet after choosing a different quest reward.
2-Pet the Trainer Efficiently
To 2-pet the Pandaren Spirit Tamer for leveling another pet, restart the encounter until the trainer opens with the dragon, then follow this rotation: Turn 1 use Crush (or Sandstorm if leveling a very low level pet), Turn 2 cast Sandstorm to reduce incoming Cyclone damage to roughly 40, Turn 3 use Reflection to avoid the dragon's landing strike, then spam Crush until the dragon is defeated.
Use Fire Spirit Offensively
When fielding the Pandaren Fire Spirit at the front of your lineup, open with Immolate, follow with Cauterize, then spam Magma Wave while using Cauterize on cooldown to deal sustained damage that can pressure the opposing team's backline pets.
