The Pandaren Earth Spirit is an elemental battle pet obtained as a quest reward from completing the Pandaren Spirit Tamer quest chain during the Mists of Pandaria expansion.

Choose Your Quest Reward
Upon completing the Pandaren Spirit Tamer quest, you may choose one of four elemental pets as your reward: Pandaren Earth Spirit, Pandaren Air Spirit, Pandaren Fire Spirit, or Pandaren Water Spirit. Only one can be selected, so choose carefully — many players recommend picking the Water Spirit first for its combat utility, then obtaining the Earth Spirit through other means.
Farm Earth Spirit via Dailies
Completing the Pandaren Spirit Tamer quest unlocks four elemental masters as daily battles, each rewarding a 
Pandaren Spirit Pet Supplies bag. This bag has a chance to contain the Pandaren Earth Spirit as a bind-on-equip drop, meaning you can also find it on the Auction House from other players' surplus drops.
Defeat the Earth Elemental with Critters
Rabbits are strong against the elemental trainer — open with Dodge to avoid stun attacks, then use Burrow, and cycle through basic attacks, as the elemental's hits deal reduced damage to critters. A Whelk is also effective: keep Acidic Goo active, use Dive on cooldown to dodge potential stuns, and let Goo tick the elemental down.
Tips
The Pandaren Earth Spirit is bind-on-equip when obtained from Pandaren Spirit Pet Supplies, so it can be traded or purchased from other players on the Auction House.
Running all four elemental master dailies each day multiplies your chances of receiving the Earth Spirit from the Pandaren Spirit Pet Supplies bag across multiple characters.
