Guide awaiting review
Purchase from Flik
Visit Flik at 52.4, 62.2 to purchase the Leopard Tree Frog directly.
Capture in the wild
Seek out wild Leopard Tree Frogs in multiple continents and capture them using battle pets.
Obtain the speed breed
Prioritize finding or promoting a speed breed (S/S) variant, which has 325 speed at level 25 rare and is the fastest frog available. If you find one with more than a 50 point difference between power and speed at lower quality, use an aquatic battle stone to elevate it to rare rather than searching for a rare S/S variant naturally.
