Landro's Lil' XT is a companion pet obtained from the Worldbreaker TCG expansion as a super-common loot card, redeemable in-game via the loot card system.

Obtain the Loot Card
Landro's Lil' XT is found as a loot card in the Worldbreaker TCG expansion, appearing approximately once every 11 booster packs. If you don't want to open packs, the card is available from secondary marketplaces such as eBay.
Redeem and Learn the Pet
Scratch the loot card to reveal a code, redeem it on the official TCG loot website, then learn the pet from your in-game inventory. The pet can be learned at any level, including on twink characters, and counts toward your total pet achievement tally — though no specific achievement is awarded upon learning it.
Use Tympanic Tantrum
Once learned, Landro's Lil' XT shares the same animations, sounds, and appearance as the Blizzard Store's Lil' XT, including the ability to destroy a 
Toy Train Set with its Tympanic Tantrum ability.
Tips
If you choose not to learn the pet, it can remain in your inventory — worth considering since the card itself retains trade value.
