The 
Iron Starlette is a miniature version of the Iron Star from the Garrosh fight in Siege of Orgrimmar, obtained as a quest reward by completing the Blasted Lands quest chain introduced in patch 6.0.

Travel to Blasted Lands
Head to the Shattered Landing in the Blasted Lands and find Thrall at 72, 48. If trivial quests are disabled, walk up to Thrall and interact with him directly to accept the quests — they will not appear as markers on your map.
Complete Thrall and Rokhan's Quests
Work through the quests at the Shattered Landing camp at 72, 48, starting with Thrall's quests and then picking up additional quests from Rokhan. These quests move quickly at max level.
Finish the Chain and Claim Reward
Alliance players complete the chain with Report to the King, while Horde players finish with Saurfang in Orgrimmar via Warning Orgrimmar. The Iron Starlette is rewarded upon completing the final quest.
Tips
This quest chain is confirmed obtainable on Horde side as of patch 9.0.1, but the quests did not appear for lower-level characters in WoD Chromie Time — use a level 50 or higher character outside of Chromie Time.
For pet battles, the P/P breed at level 25 hits extremely hard with a Wind-Up, Supercharge, Wind-Up combo, capable of dealing over 8,000 damage in a single critical hit.
