Learn Legion Enchanting
The Enchanted Pen is obtained through the Enchanting profession introduced in Legion. You will need to learn Legion Enchanting to access the recipe.
Craft the Enchanted Pen
Once you have the required Legion Enchanting recipe, gather the necessary materials and craft the Enchanted Pen. If you are not an Enchanter, the pet may be available on the Auction House from other players.
Tips
The Enchanted Pen has a high base speed and nine abilities, including Forboding Curse, Quills, and Evanescence, making it a strong choice for the Master of Magic achievement.
Forboding Curse lets the Enchanted Pen outspeed most other pets while boosting Quills damage, and Evanescence provides a two-turn dodge since the pen will almost always move first.
The Enchanted Pen can change its type to Flying, useful when facing pets with Beast or Dragonkin moves, and it can also put an opponent's big hit on a 5-turn cooldown.
