Travel to Shattrath City
Use a level 70+ character to reach Shattrath City — a portal to Shattrath is available on the lower floor in the middle of Dalaran.
Find Old Man Barlo
Head north-east from Shattrath to the lake and find Old Man Barlo at 38, 12. If you do not have the Fishing profession, you can train level 1 from him on the spot.
Accept Crocolisks in the City
Barlo offers one daily quest from a pool of five — you need the quest called Crocolisks in the City specifically, so check back on different days if he offers a different one.
Fish in Stormwind or Orgrimmar
Travel to Stormwind (Alliance) or Orgrimmar (Horde) and fish until the required quest item drops, then turn it in to receive the Bag of Fishing Treasures, which has a chance to contain Chuck's Bucket.
Timewalking Shortcut via Cupri
