Bubbly Snapling
Source: Profession. What a happy snapling! Beast type. No idea where I got it from, it was just sitting in my inventory. Probably fishing or resource gathering if I had to guess.
The Bubbly Snapling is a non-battle, non-cageable companion pet obtained by fishing up a Patient Chest, which can randomly spawn from fishing pools such as Obscured Schools in Zul'Aman.

Fish in Zul'Aman
Head to Maisara Deeps in Zul'Aman and fish from an Obscured School. A fishing skill of around 210 is usable, though it may take roughly 300–400 casts before a Patient Chest spawns for you.
Open the Patient Chest
When a Patient Chest appears, open it for a chance at the Bubbly Snapling — the chest can also contain only a 
Bloom Bauble instead of the pet, so the drop is not guaranteed.
