Gather the Required Materials
Collect 10 
Meaty Haunch, 10 
Stringy Loins, and 5 
Blood-Stained Bone — all of these can be found on the Auction House if you prefer not to farm them directly.
Perform the Alchemy Transmute
Use your BFA Alchemy skill to perform Transmute: Meat to Pet with the gathered materials, which will produce a 
Quivering Sac — note that the Baby Crawg is only a random possible result from this transmute, not a guaranteed outcome.
Wait for the Sac to Open
The Quivering Sac requires 7 real-time days before it can be opened, after which you will receive your pet reward.
