Ash Lizard

Head to Sulfuron Spire
Travel to Sulfuron Spire in Mount Hyjal, where Ash Lizards spawn at higher levels than those in Un'Goro Crater, making them more efficient for leveling. They appear as both primary and secondary pets and respawn quickly as you battle around the area.
Battle for a Rare
Ash Lizards can also appear as secondary companions during battles against other pets near Nordrassil and Sulfuron Spire. Rare quality can be difficult to find naturally, so a Battle-Stone can be used to upgrade a lower-quality capture.
Use for Pet Leveling
A level 25 Ash Lizard works well as a carry pet leveler at The Heartland in Valley of the Four Winds, where Marsh Fiddlers and Bandicoons are common targets. Place the pet you want to level in the first slot, swap it out after the first round, then bring in the Ash Lizard to finish the battle.
Tips
The Ash Lizard only comes in one color variant and makes a loud hissing sound when clicked.
The Ash Lizard's available breeds are P/P and S/S, with base stats at rare level 25 of 1400 health, 260 power, and 260 speed.
