Gather Genesis Motes
Farm 300 
Genesis Motes in Zereth Mortis, where they are a common drop from enemies in the zone.
Obtain a Glimmer of Vigilance
Head to the southern area of Zereth Mortis and defeat the Overgrown Drifter to loot a 
Glimmer of Vigilance.
Acquire a Helicid Lattice
Pick up a 
Helicid Lattice either by farming helicids in Zereth Mortis or by purchasing one from the Auction House.
Craft at the Synthesis Forge
Bring all three materials to the Synthesis Forge at 61.2, 58.9 in Zereth Mortis and use Protoform Synthesis to craft the Archetype of Vigilance.
