Travel to Dread Wastes
Head to the Dread Wastes in Pandaria and make your way to the Lake of Stars, where a small island sits in the middle of the lake.

Nalash Verdantis spawns on the large rock in the center of the Lake of Stars. He is a level 90 rare elite Jinyu and shares his spawn timer with Karr the Darkener, respawning roughly every hour with occasional extra minutes.
Defeat Nalash Verdantis
Nalash Verdantis uses a life drain ability, so be prepared for a sustained fight. Defeat him to have a chance at the Aqua Strider, which has an estimated drop rate of around 10%, so multiple kills may be required.
