Find the Schematic in Zereth Mortis
Travel to the Sepulcher of the First Ones area and locate the 
Schematic: Ambystan Darter at 78.17, 53.1 in Zereth Mortis. The schematic sits in the water near a column of runes — if the elite frog Ancient Hopper is alive nearby, the schematic is to its left in the water; if not, look for the rune column and check the water beside it, as it can be difficult to spot.
Register the Schematic
