Capture Adder in Nagrand
Travel to Nagrand in Outland and look for Adders spawning as wild pets, particularly in the northern half of the zone. Engage them in pet battles and capture them to add to your collection.
Alternative: Find in Blasted Lands
If you cannot find Adders in Nagrand, travel to Blasted Lands where they also spawn as wild pets available for capture.
Purchase from Breanni
Alternatively, purchase an Adder from Breanni, a pet vendor located in Dalaran, if you prefer to buy rather than capture one.
Tips
Adders come in at least four different color varieties, so you may want to capture multiple to collect all appearances.
