Complete the Nine Afterlives achievement in Shadowlands to unlock 
Jiggles's Favorite Toy.
Summon a Pet First
Before using the toy, summon a cat or battle pet — using it without an active pet out will result in an 'I do not have a target' error message.
Target the Ground to Use
Target a spot on the ground to activate the toy; cat pets will jump to the targeted location, while other summoned battle pets will perform a rush animation toward it. Note that the toy is not consumed on use but has a two-minute cooldown.
Tips
This toy works on any cat pet, not just Jiggles, and can also be used with other battle pets.
