Queue for Forgotten Depths
Queue for the Forgotten Depths wing of Throne of Thunder in LFR. After defeating the final boss, Ji-Kun, click one of the feathers he leaves behind and fly up into the red portal to land on a bridge, then carefully navigate back to the beginning of the instance, avoiding any trash mobs that remain.
Locate the Geyser Circle
At the start of the instance, below the bridge near Lei Shen's cutscene area, find a circle of small geysers surrounding a larger central one. Stepping on a small geyser launches you forward and upward in the direction you are facing, and each launch applies one stack of the geyser debuff.
Accumulate 250 Geyser Stacks
Jump continuously from one small geyser to another without making mistakes, as any error resets your progress and forces you to restart. To reliably land on each geyser, display your character and guild name on screen, find the center of your guild name text, and aim that center at the left edge of each geyser puddle while you are airborne.
Collect Your Mail Reward
Once you reach 250 stacks, the toy is automatically sent to your in-game mailbox in a letter from Taoshi of the Shado-Pan, referencing your geyser-jumping skills in the Forgotten Depths.
Tips
If you have a two or three-seater mount such as
Reins of the Grand Black War Mammoth or 
X-53 Touring Rocket, passengers on the mount also receive the geyser stacks as you jump, allowing you to help friends earn the toy at the same time.
