Reach Best Friends With Nat
Build your reputation with Nat Pagle up to Exalted (Best Friends) by catching and turning in rare fish to him at Angler's Wharf. This process takes at least 3.5 weeks of dedicated fishing.
Claim Chair From Mail
Once you hit Exalted, Nat Pagle will automatically send you the Nat's Fishing Chair in the mail along with a personal note thanking you for your rare fish catches.
Tips
The chair despawns after 5 minutes, so place it right before a fishing session rather than in advance.
Nat Pagle also sends his hat alongside the Fishing Chair when you reach Best Friends status.
