Find Pepe in Your Garrison
Locate Pepe in your Garrison — the specific tree depends on your Garrison level and faction. Alliance Level 1: in the tree to the left of the tent containing your command table. Alliance Level 2: in the tree directly behind the flight path. Alliance Level 3: in the tree between Large Plot 1 and Medium Plot 2, the two northernmost large and medium buildings to the right of your Town Hall. Horde Level 1: in the tree to the east of your Garrison behind the fortification, outside the wall. Horde Level 2: in the large tree behind the flight path and to the left.
Click Pepe to Wear Him
Click Pepe to place him on your head, then enter and complete all Warlords of Draenor dungeons, raids, and world bosses — including encounters with orcs, spore-filled environments, arcane-heavy bosses, and living mountain world bosses — with Pepe riding on your head throughout.
Complete the Achievement
Once you have walked Pepe through all required Warlords of Draenor content, the achievement What A Strange, Interdimensional Trip It's Been will complete and award you the Trans-Dimensional Bird Whistle toy automatically.
