Guide awaiting review
1
Earn Honor Levels
Participate in PvP to accumulate Honor and reach Honor Level 10, at which point the Honorable Pennant is automatically awarded alongside a new Artifact appearance.
2
Use the pennant
Once unlocked, add the Honorable Pennant to your Toy Box and use it to display a cloth pennant that physically reacts to movement — drooping when you stand still, whipping upward when falling, and shifting with wind direction when on a moving boat, a behavior refined in patch 7.2.
