Helm of the Dominated
From Twisting Corridors: Layer 4. This toy is pretty neat. Each time you use it, it randomly choses from one of three Mawsworn appearances (maybe more).
The Helm of the Dominated is a toy earned from the Twisting Corridors: Layer 4 achievement in Shadowlands, which transforms your character into a Mawsworn enemy using Male Kul Tiran rigging, complete with idle animations, armor sound effects, and voiced ability reactions.
