The Triumphant Turtle Tossing achievement is only available during the Darkmoon Faire event, so you must participate while the event is active.
Learn the Turtle's Pattern
The turtle starts in the middle, walks outward in a random direction, stops, then sprints back to the center before choosing a new direction — this cycle repeats continuously, so watch for it to return to the center and begin a new path before throwing.
Aim Ahead of the Turtle
The target circle is very small and must land directly on the turtle; since the ring has a 2-second cast time plus air travel time, aim at a point ahead of the turtle's current position to compensate for its movement before the ring lands.
Land 10 Rings Successfully
Hit the turtle with the ring 10 times in a row to complete the Triumphant Turtle Tossing achievement and earn the toy.
Tips
The turtle sprinting back to the center is the most predictable moment in its movement — casting your ring just as it begins its sprint toward the center gives you a stationary or near-stationary target to aim at.
