Complete 3 World Quests to earn the 
Kirin Tor Chest as an Emissary cache reward, which has a chance to contain the 
Strange Humming Crystal that starts the Enemies Everywhere quest.
Start the Quest
Use the Strange Humming Crystal from your inventory to start the Enemies Everywhere quest, then complete it to receive the Wondrous Wisdomball pet.
