From That's a Lot of Pet Food. Seems odd that he doesn't like flies... right? Elemental type. "The location of this NPC is unknown." Seriously? "Venus is the second planet from the Sun, orbiting it every 224.7 Earth days."
Venus is a plant battle pet — specifically a heliamphora chimantensis rather than a venus fly trap — earned as a reward for collecting 400 pets through the achievement That's a Lot of Pet Food.
