Unborn Val'kyr
Source: Pet Battle. Val'kyr are considered "unborn" until they vanquish a creature of high nobility. Undead type. Using Ozlem's coordinates listed above, I've pinned the following maps - hopefully they help.
The Unborn Val'kyr is a wild Undead battle pet found exclusively in Northrend, spawning at up to three fixed locations per zone across nine different zones.

Prepare Your Capture Team
Load a pet battle team before engaging the Unborn Val'kyr. The Val'kyr is a level 21-23 Undead pet and brings two additional pets to the fight — either Critters, Beasts, or Aquatics depending on the zone. Use a Critter on your team to deal bonus damage and weaken her faster.
Search Icecrown Spawn Points
Check the three Icecrown spawn locations: at 47.9, 86.6, at 73.8, 64.5, and at 43, 33. The pet can appear at any quality, so check each point and move on if it is not present.
Search Storm Peaks Spawn Points
Head to Storm Peaks and check at 42.5, 78.5, at 65, 41, and at 29.0, 50.0 for the Val'kyr.
Search Borean Tundra Spawn Points
In Borean Tundra, check at 48, 8, at 80, 48, and at 32.7, 60.1 for a spawn.
Search Sholazar Basin Spawn Points
In Sholazar Basin, check at 58.5, 22, at 44.47, 69.59, and at 36.8, 19.4.
Search Zul'Drak Spawn Points
In Zul'Drak, check at 57.0, 39.8, at 75, 22, and at 24.3, 63.7. A confirmed capture has been reported at 24.24, 63.88 in The Dead Fields area of Zul'Drak.
Search Dragonblight Spawn Points
In Dragonblight, check at 82, 66, at 26.9, 54.1, at 64.4, 43.7, at 65.6, 62.1, and at 67.3, 51.6.
Search Grizzly Hills Spawn Points
In Grizzly Hills, check at 61, 18, at 79.60, 50.79, and at 26, 57.
Search Howling Fjord Spawn Points
In Howling Fjord, check at 71.91, 43.39, at 45, 43, at 68.10, 67.63, at 42.4, 46.7, at 46.0, 42.0, and at 68.1, 67.8.
Search Crystalsong Forest Spawn Points

Beware Her Death Abilities
The Unborn Val'kyr has two abilities that cause her to die during battle: Undead Aura (a permanent death that makes capture impossible) and Haunt (not permanent). Undead Aura was adjusted so she casts it less frequently in the wild, but if she dies permanently from it during your attempt, you will not be able to capture her in that fight.
Tips
The Val'kyr spawns in all quality levels (poor through rare), so do not skip a spawn point simply because the pet is not rare quality if you want to capture any version.
When another player captures a wild Unborn Val'kyr anywhere in Northrend, it can slightly affect the spawn time or location of the next one to appear.
The Val'kyr's known breeds are B/B and H/H — factor this into your capture decision if breed matters to your collection.
