Travel to Feralas
Head to the southeastern region of Feralas and locate Feral Scar Cave at 53.68, 55.2. The Stunted Yeti spawns both inside the cave and just outside the entrance around 56.22, 57.71, so check both areas thoroughly.
Search Inside and Outside
Inside the cave multiple Stunted Yeti can appear, but also check just outside the first cave entrance around 56.22, 57.71 as a cluster of 6-7 have been found spawning there. No Stunted Yeti were found among the northern yeti camps or in the cave north of the Horde outpost, so focus your search on the southeastern cave.
Note the Respawn Behavior
Killing Feral Scar Yeti mobs inside or outside the cave does not force Stunted Yeti to respawn — they are not linked, so you must simply wait out the natural respawn timer. The respawn rate is considered decent but not fast.
Use a Targeting Macro
Use this macro to quickly target a nearby Stunted Yeti (or other rare pets in the area): /tar Stunted Y — this targets the closest matching pet and marks it with an X. The full multi-pet macro fits within 255 characters and can be expanded as needed.

The Stunted Yeti comes in breeds 12 and 22, with base stats of 8, 8, 8.
