Travel to Darkreach in Ardenweald, south of the Root-Home flight point, and locate the treasure on the platform inside a dead tree. Use the Fae Dreamcatcher to dispel the barrier, then loot the Cache of the Night to receive the Starry Dreamfoal. This treasure is part of the Treasures of Ardenweald collection.
