Kill Kob'rok in Zaralek Cavern
Locate and kill the rare spawn Kob'rok in Zaralek Cavern. After defeating him, loot the Kob'rok's Luminescent Scale from his remains to begin the Salverun crafting process.
Run Sniffenseek, Open Treasures
Use the Sniffenseek activity in Zaralek Cavern to locate and open Hidden Niffen Treasure caches, which have a chance to contain a basic tablet and several designs — specifically 
Designs of Flesh, 
Designs of Bone, 
Designs of Mind, and 
Designs of Soul. Be aware that tablets are time-gated to one per week, even if you complete all three digs in the same run.
Collect All Tablet Pieces
Continue farming Sniffenseek each week to collect all required tablet pieces. Once you have obtained the final tablet, the Kob'rok's Luminescent Scale drop from Kob'rok becomes 100%, making that step more straightforward on subsequent attempts.
Perform the Ritual
After Kob'rok dies, combine your collected tablets and perform the ritual in Zaralek Cavern — there is nothing additional to fight, just a short channel. Completing this awards the 
Salverun battle pet and the achievement He'sSss All Mine, which is part of the A Niffen's Best Buddy achievement chain.
Tips
If you complete the full tablet collection process a second time on the same character, you will craft a second Salverun — but since it is a unique pet with a maximum of one learned, the duplicate can only be sold or deleted.
After first summoning Salverun, he delivers three grumpy opening lines referencing the ouroboros design on his vessel; on subsequent summons he has a chance to whisper different lines, so summon him a few times to hear them all.
