Elemental type. This pet has incredible staying power. With Drain Blood, Bubble, and Absorb, it has absolutely no burst, but will keep itself alive through several opponent's burst phases.

Reach Garnia's Location
Garnia is located high above Ruby Lake on the Timeless Isle at 64.5, 27.1. To reach this elevated position, swim out from shore until you can mount a flying mount, fly up to a significant height, then use a glider such as the Golden Glider (sold on the Timeless Isle) or an engineer's Goblin Glider to circle down and land near the lake.
Defeat Garnia Repeatedly
Kill the rare elite mob Garnia at 64.5, 27.1 on the Timeless Isle to have a chance at looting the Ruby Droplet. The drop rate is low — one player reported 16 kills with no drop — so repeated kills are expected before the pet is obtained.
Loot the Pet Yourself
Ruby Droplet must be personally looted to count toward pet collection achievements; purchasing it from another player via the Auction House does not fulfill collection requirements.
