Quest reward from Renny the Vulpin. If you received points for causing mischief while teleporting around as a tiny adorable vulpin, Renny would be on top of the leaderboard. Beast type. In Ardenweald, at the Glitterfall Basin. there is a quest called That Darn Fox!
Renny is a vulpin battle pet obtained as a reward from the quest 'Renny the Vulpin' in Ardenweald, which begins with the chase quest 'That Darn Fox!' at Glitterfall Basin.

Travel to Glitterfall Basin
Head to Glitterfall Basin in Ardenweald and pick up the quest 'That Darn Fox!' to begin chasing Renny.
Catch Renny the Fox
Click on Renny to trigger his teleportation sequence — he will teleport you to two other locations across Shadowlands before the chase ends.
Stand Still to Catch Him
On the final click, stop all movement before clicking Renny, and avoid being in any shapeshift form if you are a Druid, as this prevents successfully catching him.
Fly to Refugee Camp
After completing the chase, follow Polazkal's hint and fly to Refugee Camp in Ardenweald — Night Fae players should fly to Heart of the Forest instead. Wait a couple of seconds and Renny will spawn behind you with the follow-up quest 'Renny the Vulpin'.
Complete the Final Quest
Turn in the quest 'Renny the Vulpin' to receive Renny as your new vulpin pet.
Tips
If Renny does not teleport you after several clicks, remove the blue 'Catch the fox' buff and try the interaction again from the start.
Renny is a tribute to the medieval allegorical fables of Reynard the Fox, adapted into the animated French film 'The Adventures of Renny the Fox' (Le Roman de Renart).
