Enter Tempest Keep: The Eye
Travel to Tempest Keep and enter The Eye. Void Reaver is the second boss and can be reached without defeating any other bosses first, so head straight to him at 26.4, 49 in The Eye.
Defeat Void Reaver
Defeat Void Reaver at 26.4, 49 in The Eye. He periodically throws silence bombs around the room — if you need to cast spells, keep moving to avoid being caught in them. On death, he has a chance to drop 
Tiny Fel Engine Key, which teaches the Pocket Reaver pet.
Choose Your Pocket Reaver Breed
Pocket Reaver comes in four breeds, three of which have over 300 power. For abilities, Metal Fist is the recommended first slot since Pocket Reaver is slow and will rarely use Thrash. In the second slot, Quake outperforms Repair at max level. For the third slot, Fel Immolate or Supercharge are both viable options.
